Fear Not!

I spent all summer riding young, green auction horses.  I am actually mildly surprised at myself for doing this at my age.  When my kids were younger I was SO aware of how my family would be impacted if I were injured or out of commission due to a riding injury.   I had been on partial bedrest during my pregnancies so I knew how inconvenient and difficult that was with small children.  My kids are older now so an interesting thing has happened.  I am suddenly brave!  There is something about being on horseback that brings back those childhood dreams for me that makes me forget my age.  I'll take that!  :)
