New Work

This is a new work in progress-- the paint is still wet in this photo! This is going to be more abstract and colorful than my watercolors. I am having fun with this one! It is 30 x 40 in acrylics. I think I'll call it 'Whirlwind'. I want to have swirls of color and movement with mane and hair whipping in the wind. This makes me think of every girl's fanatasy of being one with her horse- harnessing all that power and grace! So I am after lots of color, lots of action, in a slightly abstract, dream-like way. This piece will likely go to Columbus to MacWorthington Gallerie on North High Street unless I sell it here first! Stay tuned!
